  • fits all Triumph Daytona models from 2006 onwards, Street Triple models and the complete 765 series
  • due to the enlarged air intake, we recommend to set up the bike on a dyno for an adapted injection performance
  • designed explicitly according to the KALEX model from the moto2 world championship
  • fairings in regular GRP material
  • side panels extensively lined with aramid for additional engine protection
  • air intake made of carbon
  • developed and produced in Germany with focus on fitting accuracy and surface finish
  • kick stand can still be used
  • there could be problems with GP racing protective covers, as they are extremely thick
  • delivered with rubber plugs in the belly for fast release of liquids (according to FIM regulations)

GRP QUALITY

High quality GRP fiber mash material combined with a durable gel coat provides a maximum of product longevity. The surface of our products are already perfectly even and without pores or inclusions. The GRP fibers are layered very compact with a minimum of epoxy resin in order to provide a minimum of wheight and a maximum of flexibility enforced by one last layer of aramid fibres to reinforce connection points on top of that.

exhaust system

OEM exhaust can be used
(we suggest to cover the rear inner side of the belly fairing to prevent the material from heat damage due to the massive OEM-muffler)

Using an OEM exhaust requires to adjust the lower fairing accordingly to a pre-allocated cut

air intake

Significantly enlarged air intake compared to the Triumph Daytona OEM model from 2006 to 2012 (approx. 150%) …ideal in combination with our kit intake funnels.
Flap installed in the OEM air intake must be removed on models up to 2012 Daytona (only noise-reducing function).

We recommend that the engine is tuned a little richer than usual. This recommendation comes from the fact that in racing an engine is tuned richer anyway to optimise engine cooling. In combination with the larger air intake, this is definitely a connection to be taken seriously.

The air intake for after sales fairing stay (such as motoholders) comes with a assembly for the frame.

DISCLAIMER

Please be aware that after sales racing products might need adjustments for your individual bike. Especially a set of fairings comes with the risk of trimming depending on your individual configuration (i.e. exhaust, engine crash covers).
We are doing our best to deliver a perfect product but such adjustments cannot be prevented 100% – for example the Daytona 2006 until 2012 requires a trim around the engine covers (these trimlines are integrated into the product).

Always fit the fairings to the bike before painting!
